IPA and The Rockefeller Group Celebrate Opening of Newest Luxury Apartment Community, Liv Northgate with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Gilbert, Arizona – Tuesday, November 4, 2014 – The Rockefeller Group and Investment Property Associates (IPA) celebrated the grand opening of their first joint venture, multi-family development with a ribbon cutting ceremony at Liv Northgate, Gilbert’s premier luxury apartment community. The milestone event marked the opening of Phase One of the project that includes 254 units. Upon completion of Phase Two, scheduled to break ground before year end, Liv Northgate will offer 402 units comprised of six different floor plans that range from one to three-bedrooms.
