Liv+ Union Peak 55+ community breaks ground in N. Phoenix
Liv Communities, a highly experienced developer of luxurious apartment homes, has recently started construction on an innovative 55+ age-qualified rental community in the Norterra area of North Phoenix. Liv+ Union Peak, located at 25400 N. 21st Ave., will feature 145 units and is projected to be available for occupancy by late summer or early fall of 2024.
